Christen G. Pionzio is a Partner in the Real Estate and Zoning Department at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin. Christen has been instrumental in resolving real estate, zoning, municipal, development and financial matters ranging from our large corporate clients to the private individual.

Zoning and Land Development
Christen effectively obtains zoning relief for clients to enable them to fully utilize their property, represents townships to protect their interests in matters, and advises zoning hearing board members as to how to apply the law to the zoning cases before them. Christen represents large corporate clients and individuals alike in matters before municipalities, zoning hearing boards, the Court of Common Pleas and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Christen has been appointed to serve as Solicitor to four local Zoning Hearing Boards, to a local Second Class Township, and Special Solicitor to a local Borough in a controversial matter.
Real Estate Transactions
Christen has facilitated land acquisition and development for commercial landowners, developers and private citizens by way of local, state and federal approvals and sophisticated financing. She also has represented the lenders who finance similar projects. Christen amicably resolves construction disputes between homeowners and builders as well as between utility companies and builders, which facilitate the successful conclusion of the transactions with no delays. Christen represents buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate providing cost saving strategies and resolving obstacles in ways to keep the deal together.
Professional and Civic Activities:
Christen is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery and Bucks County Bar Associations. Currently, she is a member of the Real Estate/Land Use Committee and the Municipal Law Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association. In addition, Christen is a founding member of the Irish-American Society and serves on its Board of Directors as Vice President.
EDUCATION
A graduate with honors of the University of Scranton, Christen majored in political science. Her J.D. degree was received from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, Delaware, where she was a member of various honor societies. Christen has been admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
