Experience:
Ethan O'Shea has been in the Litigation Department at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin since August of 1999. For five years, prior to joining the firm, Ethan was a Senior Deputy District Attorney with the Bucks County District Attorney's Office where he served as a member of the Child and Sexual Abuse Unit and prosecuted a wide variety of criminal cases in the Court of Common Pleas. Before joining the District Attorney's Office, Ethan served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Edward G. Biester, Jr., Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
Areas of Concentration:
Ethan handles civil and criminal cases in both state and federal courts. Ethan's civil practice focuses on employment law, personal injury, trucking accidents and commercial litigation.
Professional and Civic Activities:
Ethan is a member of the Pennsylvania, Bucks and Montgomery County Bar Associations. He has lectured in matters concerning criminal and employment law. He is a volunteer for Big Brothers/Big Sisters and has served as a board member for the Montgomery County Victim-Offender Conferencing program.
EDUCATION
Ethan earned his B.A. in International Relations from Bucknell University, 1990. He also attended Goldsmiths' College, University of London, in the Fall of 1988. He received his J.D. from The George Washington University National Law Center in 1993, and attended the Academy of Advocacy of Temple University in 2003.
