James C. Walker is an Associate at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin. Jim acquired a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from LaSalle College in 1970 and a Juris Doctorate from Dickinson School of Law, having graduated in May, 1976. Jim is a United States Navy Veteran and has worked as Counsel with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Revenue Personal Income Tax Division. In his more than 25 years of legal services to the community, Jim has handled a variety of estate planning and estate administration matters, business transactions and real estate law issues.

Estate Administration and Planning
Jim has created thousands of estate plans for clients throughout Bucks, Montgomery, Lehigh and Northampton County. He has represented personal representatives of both large and small estates to assist in the smooth and prompt conclusion of those estate matters. In addition, Jim has also represented numerous Trustees, Attorneys-in-Fact and other fiduciaries in the discharge of their duties.
Business Transactions
Jim has developed extensive experience in representing both small and medium size businesses from successful start-up through conclusion of their business matters.
Recently Jim has represented a major regional business operation in the spin-off of several of its divisions, and has also acted in negotiations and as a legal advisor to a pharmaceutical packaging company in its acquisition and ultimate sale of a process chemistry division.
Real Estate Transactions
As a result of Jim's representation of both buyers and sellers of local real estate, he has developed a reputation within the real estate market as a successful deal-maker and an individual who possesses the ability and legal skills to handle real estate transactions of any magnitude with a goal of successfully concluding the transaction for the benefit of his clients.
Professional and Civic Activities:
Jim has been an active practitioner in both state and federal courts. He has acted as Chairman of the Bucks County Young Lawyers Section, he has also served as a member of numerous Bucks County Bar Association committees, including Chairman of the Orphans' Court Section of the Bucks County Bar Association, and is a co-author of the Bucks County Orphans' Court Manual. He has also served several terms on the Board of Directors of the Bucks County Bar Association and is an active member of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council. Jim is involved in a variety of civic, religious and charitable organizations. He is active in his parish of St. Joseph's in Limeport, Pennsylvania, is a member of the Knights of Columbus, Cardinal Stritch Council, Quakertown, Pennsylvania, and is a former officer of both that council and the Board of Directors of the Homes Association of the Knights of Columbus, Cardinal Stritch Council, Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Jim currently serves as President of the Children's Developmental Program, Quakertown, Pennsylvania, a non-profit, early intervention and pre-school facility, and is active with the Alumni Association of both LaSalle University and the Dickinson School of Law.
