John J. IannozziJohn Iannozzi's practice focuses on four areas: land use and zoning, municipal and criminal defense and family law matters. In the land use and zoning arena, John represents corporate and individual clients before municipal bodies, including zoning hearing boards, to further their interest in the development or preservation of their respective properties. With respect to his work for municipalities, John has particular expertise representing them in all matters governed by Pennsylvania's Municipalities Planning Code, including the approval process of all phases of land use and development. In defending criminal defendants, John has successfully represented clients charged with DUIs, narcotic violations, and harassment. Prior to joining Hamburg Rubin, John served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Alan M. Rubenstein, Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. Before clerking for Judge Rubenstein, John served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. While in college, John was a District Office Intern for Pennsylvania State Representative Robert W. Godshall and currently serves as a committee person in Hatfield Township. John is a member of both the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations, having received both his undergraduate degree (B.A. magna cum laude 2001) and his law degree from Villanova University (J.D. 2004.)
