William G. RoarkWilliam G. Roark is a member of the firm's Litigation Department. His practice includes the representation of a broad group of clients ranging from small business owners to injured individuals. Bill is an active member of The Pennsylvania Association of Justice (formerly The Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer Association). He sits on its Board of Governors as a delegate from the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. A member of the Pennsylvania Bar, Bill is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations. A graduate of Bucknell University (B.A.- Economics, cum laude), Bill received his law degree with honors in 2006 from Villanova University where he served as a member of the Villanova Moot Court Board Executive Committee. Prior to joining the firm, Bill worked for Environmental Equipment Inc., where he helped usher in the green-age by selling, servicing and installing solar pool heating systems. Bill has also served as a law clerk for Meub Associates, Inc., a general practice law firm in Rutland, Vermont.
Speeches/Publications:
After only one year of practice, Bill was published in the Legal Intelligencer for an article entitled Understanding the Value of Plain English. In this article, Bill rejected the notion that attorneys must try to impress others with lawyer speak and instead stressed the importance of speaking and writing in plain English.

Personal Interests:
Bill, his wife and two dogs live in Ambler Pennsylvania. Now a Pennsylvania resident for over ten years, Bill has forged strong connections with his community. Bill is an avid sports fan and still follows every one of his alma mater's gut-wrenching college basketball seasons. Although the opportunity rarely presents itself, Bill remains a certified scuba-diver and still enjoys the occasional dive.
