Areas of Concentration: High Technology He has represented entities in the audio text business and has been involved in contract negotiations with service bureaus throughout the country. Additionally, he initiated and created a joint venture with AEL, Inc., a NYSE company, and procured the cable TV franchises in Lansdale, North Wales, Upper Dublin, Hatboro, Horsham and other surrounding municipalities for the joint venture. Business Law As part of his representation of a local bank, Jerry uncovered an interstate fraud ring and exposed the scheme where individuals purchased old Pennsylvania truck titles from junk yards and converted them into current New Jersey titles, thereby duping the bank into financing large sums of money based upon the bank's belief that it had encumbrances on new trucks. Professional and Civic Activities: He is a member of the Bar Associations of Montgomery County, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the American Bar Association. He was also a member of the Judiciary Committee, co-founder of Montgomery County Trial Lawyers' Association, Past President of Montgomery County Trial Lawyers' Association, and a past member of the Chairman's Committee of the U.S. Senatorial Business Advisory Board. He has also been involved in trade and industry group activities, such as the Technology Council, the Utility Contractors Association, and was Chairman of the Montgomery County Blood Bank Committee. Additionally, he was a member of the Lions Club of North Wales. He has been a frequent speaker for both trade and professional groups. EDUCATION Jerry received his Juris Doctorate from Stanford University School of Law while on academic scholarship. He received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, obtaining his B.S. in Economics on academic scholarship.
