Experience:
John F. Walko joined Hamburg , Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin as a Law Clerk in June 2006, and, after passing the Bar Exam, became an Associate with the firm, specializing in Environmental Law in October 2007.
Areas of Concentration:
John is currently concentrating his practice in the areas of Environmental Law and Litigation.
Professional and Civic Activities:
John is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations. He was a legal intern in the Philadelphia County District Attorney's Office during the summer of 2005 and worked for the Clinic for Asylum, Refugee and Emigrant Services in the Fall of 2005. Currently, John is a volunteer attorney for the Montgomery County Child Advocacy Project.
Education:
John attended West Virginia University, B.S., Public Relations, 2002, summa cum laude, Bryn Athyn College , M.A., Religious Studies, 2003, and A.A., History and Social Sciences, 2000, and then attended Villanova University School of Law, J.D., May 2007. At Villanova, he was a member of the Moot Court Board and Trial Team.
