Experience: Paul has been an associate in the Real Estate and Land Use Department and the Municipal Department since joining Areas of Concentration: Municipal Law Since joining the firm, Paul has served as acting solicitor for numerous municipal authorities, municipalities and zoning hearing boards, including Horsham Water and Sewer Authority, Lower Salford Township Authority, West Conshohocken Borough, East Norriton Township and the Upper Merion Zoning Hearing Board. Paul regularly covers municipal public meetings and hearings and advises the respective boards accordingly in matters ranging from litigation, bidding and billing to responses to public inquiries on behalf of the respective board. Paul has gained vast experience in representing the interests of municipal entities, including handling condemnation proceedings, zoning and land use appeals to the Court of Common Pleas and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and various inter-municipal agreements. Paul routinely handles day to day phone inquiries from the various municipal entities concerning operational, billing and regulatory issues.
