Timothy Briggs Lansdale, Pennsylvania
Experience: Tim Briggs joined the Real Estate, Land Use and Municipal Departments at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin in January of 2008. Tim received his B.A. from West Chester University in 1992 where he majored in Political Science with minors in Geography and International Relations. He received his J.D. from Temple University in 2004. Professional and Civic Activities: Tim is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations. In addition, Tim has a history of political and community involvement. He has served as the Treasurer for Commissioner Joe Hoeffel's political committees as well as chaired, managed and worked on many federal, state and local campaigns. He currently serves as a Director of the James A. Finnegan Fellowship Foundation, which provides scholarships, stipends and internships to Pennsylvania students who express an interest in state government. Tim previously served on the Board of Directors for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Montgomery County. In 2007, Law & Politics and the publishers of Philadelphia Magazine included Tim as a Pennsylvania Rising Star, as listed in the "Pennsylvania Rising Stars Super Lawyers" publication. Only 2.5 percent of the total lawyers in Pennsylvania are listed in Rising Stars.
