Recent Representative Cases
- Successfully represented client charged with Aggravated Assault by Vehicle while DUI. We obtained a court order excluding the toxicology results from evidence as a result of an unlawful search and seizure.
- Favorably resolved an armed robbery case. Our client, only seventeen years old, was charged as an adult due to the nature of the charges. We petitioned the court to have the charges remanded to juvenile court where our client received a disposition that took into account his age and rehabilitative needs and thereby avoided a lengthy jail sentence in an adult prison.
- Obtained a dismissal of all charges against a client charged with domestic assault. By achieving a dismissal at the preliminary hearing, our client was saved the time, distress and expense of a lengthy trial.
- Defended client charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Negotiated with the police and district attorney to dismiss felony charges thereby saving client a felony record and mandatory jail sentence.
