- J. Edmund Mullin presented “Builders Agreements of Sale,” providing attendees with information regarding the drafting of Agreements between builders and home buyers, and avoiding pitfalls in the process.
- Bernadette Kearney presented “Land Purchase Agreements of Sale,” providing attendees with information regarding the preparation of Agreements of Sale for purchase of land for development.
