Business Luncheon Marks Installment of New Leader

Norristown, PA: — On Friday, January 8, 2010, the Montgomery Bar Association (MBA) held its Annual Business Luncheon Meeting at the Meadowlands Country Club in Blue Bell, PA. Nearly 300 local dignitaries, legal professionals and law enforcement members attended the event which included the installation of a new president (ceremonial passing of the gavel), election of the MBA’s officers for the 2010 term and an awards presentation to honor area attorneys and local law enforcement and community leaders.

Steven H. Lupin, Esq., Managing Partner from the law firm of Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell and Lupin in Lansdale, PA was installed as President. No stranger to holding executive positions with legal organizations, Lupin previously served as President of the Montgomery County Trial Lawyers Association and President of the Montgomery Inn of Court. In ascending to this position, during his term in office, Mr.Lupin has stated that he would like to focus on the bar association’s many ways to assist the working attorney. Married and a father of two, Mr. Lupin received his J.D. from the Temple University School of Law in 1973.
