Roark, Esq. participated as a panelist for the Bucknell Institute for Public Policy’s Seminar “Seeing Green: Is Pennsylvania Next to Regulate Medical Marijuana?”  He was joined by State Representative Kerry Benninghoff, Chairman of the House Majority Policy Committee.  The social, economic and political implications of Pennsylvania’s Medical Cannabis Act were discussed.
