J. Scott Maxwell Receives Excellence Award from the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association

J. Scott Maxwell has been awarded the William H. Markus Award of Excellence by the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association (PMAA) at its 2009 convention in Hershey, PA.  It is the highest honor given by the organization and is named after the man who served as solicitor to the association for over 30 years.  The award recognizes Maxwell's "distinguished service to the Municipal Authorities of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and outstanding personal service to the PMAA" in commemoration of "the ideals and principles of service and integrity" as fostered by William Markus.
