Franqui-Ann Raffaele is a member of Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell, & Lupin’s Estates and Trusts Department. Her practice focuses on representing individuals and their families with their estate planning, estate administration and elder law needs from inception to completion. She approaches each client with compassion, kindness and diligence.
Franqui is passionate about her work helping older adults and their families. She serves as a Court Appointed Attorney for Alleged Incapacitated Persons in Montgomery County and is a board member of the Greater Harleysville North Penn Senior Services. She regularly volunteers for estate planning clinics, which provide estate planning services to low income individuals or veterans.
She is currently attending Temple University Beasley School of Law to complete her Masters in Taxation. She plans to obtain a Certificate in Estate Planning to provide focused expertise in not just planning matters, but tax avoidance and strategy too.
Admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Franqui is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations. She serves co-vice chair of the SideBar committee and is Probate and Tax liaison to the Young Lawyers Section. She is also a member of the Women in the Law, Elder Law committees and the Probate and Tax and Young Lawyer’s Section of the Montgomery Bar Association. Franqui also is a member of the Elder Law and Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Sections and the Young Lawyers Division of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
A Montgomery County native, Franqui grew up in Telford, attending Souderton Area High School, and graduated from Ursinus College in 2017. She attended Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, graduating in May 2020 during the COVID pandemic.
She currently lives in Pottstown. Out of the office, you can find Franqui reading or hiking the local trails.
