Gabriella T. (Soreth) Lacitignola is an experienced trial attorney and a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Gabriella diligently and enthusiastically approaches each matter with attention to detail and provides zealous advocacy/representation for her clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Gabriella gained invaluable trial experience from her nearly five years working at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant District Attorney, Gabriella represented the Commonwealth in hundreds of cases and conducted bench and jury trials, preliminary hearings, and other types of pre-trial hearings, which allowed her to foster her skills as a trial attorney. She most recently served in the Family Protection Unit, where she primarily investigated, charged, and prosecuted sexual abuse and domestic violence cases.
Gabriella attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law on a Full Dean’s Merit Scholarship and received her law degree in 2017. During her time in law school, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. In 2016, her article analyzing the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision regarding governmental exploitation of natural gas reserves was chosen for publication. Prior to law school, Gabriella received her Bachelor’s Degree from Saint Joseph’s University in 2014, summa cum laude, where she served as a writing tutor and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, one of the nation’s most prestigious academic honor societies.
Gabriella is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations. Born and raised in Delaware County, she resides there now with her husband, Joe, and dog, Thor. In her downtime, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
