Robert Sebia is a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Municipal, Business, and Trusts & Estates departments. His practice is focused on real estate, land use, municipal, zoning, business law, business transactions, estate planning and estate administration.
Rob routinely represents buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate with a pragmatic approach that focuses on achieving client goals and closing transactions smoothly, quickly, and cost effectively. In addition to real estate transactions, Rob also represents a wide array of clients, from large commercial builders to private individuals, in all matters governed by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Code, using the same pragmatic approach to obtain zoning relief and land use approvals for their projects. Furthermore, as an integral member of the firm’s highly regarded Municipal Law Department, Rob serves as deputy solicitor for municipalities and zoning hearing boards throughout Montgomery, Chester, Bucks and Berks County, including: Limerick Township, Upper Merion Township, East Whiteland Township, Douglass (Berks) Township, West Vincent Township, West Conshohocken Borough, and Hatfield Township.
As a member of the firm’s Business Department, Rob effectively and efficiently counsels new and seasoned business owners on matters regarding entity formation, corporate governance, buy-ins and buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions, and employment agreements. Additionally, he advises individuals and families in matters related to estate planning; wealth management; and the preparation of essential estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced health care directives.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as a clerk for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the Cause of Action Institute in Washington D.C.
In addition to Pennsylvania, Rob is a member of the New Jersey Bar.
Rob received his Bachelor’s Degree in both History and Political Science from Wilkes University in 2013. He graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2016).
