Stephen V. Anella is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Municipal Departments. His practice focuses on real estate, land use, zoning and municipal law.

Steve received his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2020, graduating cum laude. During his time at Temple Law, Steve clerked at a prominent law firm in Philadelphia and worked as a research assistant for a professor at Temple University, assisting in the creation of a textbook on partnership taxation. He was active in the student community as well, serving as his class’ Student Bar Association Vice President and as the Events Coordinator for the Justinian Society.

Originally hailing from Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Steve now currently resides in the heart of Philadelphia, and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations. He graduated from Lehigh University in 2016 with a B.S. in Accounting. In his free time, Steve enjoys golfing and reading, as well as learning about all things related to computers and technology.
