A Tip from Managing Partner Steve Lupin

Spring 2021 In Brief Newsletter

No one wants to feel left in the dark or alone when they are experiencing any problem. That creates anxiety—of which none of us need more. To combat this and enhance your business relationships, make sure your clients, customers and patients specifically know your cell phone number, email address and the name of your assistant to make sure they can always find someone knowledgeable to talk with about their matter. Ask their communication preferences. Do they want to hear from you via the phone or email or text? Do they want a daily or weekly check-in/update call with you? Let everyone on the team know their preferences so they can adhere to them. Make sure your own systems are in place for optimum communication. Test your phone, email and text. Call and email yourself to see how easy or hard it is to reach you or a live person. You might be amazed at what you hear and have to CHANGE FAST! We are actively working on being as accessible and responsive to you as possible. Please contact me if you have encountered any trouble reaching me or a member of the firm—and trust that we will resolve that asap.
