On April 29, 2015, Carl Weiner presented a seminar to the Bucks County Planning Commission, along with other members of the Community Associations Institute’s Government Affairs Committee.
The seminar presented information regarding the formation of common interest communities as well as the transition of communities from developer control to homeowner control. The seminar took place at the offices of the Bucks County Planning Commission.
