Edmund (Ed) Mullin, Esq., co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use Department, recently participated as a panel member at Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation’s Commercial Real Estate Breakfast Meeting and Panel Event: “Real Estate Road Blocks and Opportunities.” Approximately 140 people were in attendance.

The Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC) “is dedicated to enhancing the county’s economic balance and preserving its quality of life. One of several Industrial Development Corporations (IDCs) established by the state to administer the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority financing program, the MCEDC is also intensely involved in site selection assistance, both for relocating businesses and for current county firms seeking to sell or expand their business.”
