Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin is pleased to announce that Mark C. Sesso and Danielle M. Yacono have joined the firm as Associates. Welcome, Mark and Danielle!

Mark C. Sesso is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Municipal Departments. He works on a wide range of transactions including both complex and uncomplicated matters involving the acquisition and disposition of real estate matters throughout the Delaware Valley.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark served as a Judicial Attorney for fifteen years – first, to The Honorable Rhonda Lee Daniele, and most recently, The Honorable Thomas M. DelRicci – both judges in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.

A cum laude graduate of Widener University Delaware Law School, Mark served as an Editor of the Widener Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, in 2001 from St. Joseph’s University. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mark is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations as well as the Justinian Law Society.

Danielle M. Yacono is a member of the firm’s trust and estates group. She counsels clients on all aspects of estate planning and trust administration including harnessing and valuing assets, reducing tax consequences, and when necessary, dealing with litigation in Orphan’s Court. She is also involved in drafting revocable and irrevocable, special needs, irrevocable life insurance and grantor and dynasty trusts.

Overall, Danielle is focused on reducing tax repercussions to her clients and preserving wealth in consideration of all applicable federal and state, income, gift, and death tax exemptions. When necessary, she employs her years of trial expertise to try to secure her clients’ desired outcomes.

Prior to going into private practice, Danielle was an Assistant Public Defender in the Defender Association of Philadelphia assigned to a Major Cases courtroom for felonies and misdemeanors where she gained significant trial experience. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Danielle is a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Montgomery Bar Associations. A graduate of Villanova University, Danielle received her law degree from the University of New Hampshire in 2011.
