Steven A. Hann, Esq. spoke recently at the 2019 Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association’s (“PMAA”) 77thAnnual Conference and Trade Show in Pocono Manor, Pennsylvania. PMAA is the statewide organization representing the interests of municipal authorities in the Commonwealth. At this year’s conference, Steve spoke on various topics, including Chesapeake Bay-related issues, an update on recent legislation, regulations and judicial decisions relevant to Pennsylvania municipal authorities, and an overview of privatization issues affecting water and wastewater authorities in Pennsylvania. Steve is the East Region Solicitor for PMAA, covering the eastern half of Pennsylvania, and is a frequent speaker at PMAA conferences, seminars and webinars.  Steve is a Principal at the Pennsylvania law firm of Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin, where he focuses his practice on environmental and municipal law and chairs the firm’s Environmental Law Department.
