Steven A. Hann, Esq., Principal at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin, and the East Region Solicitor for the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association, recently spoke on stormwater management issues at the Northampton Bar Association’s Municipal Law Colloquium in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Mr. Hann’s presentation included a review of stormwater-related requirements applicable to municipalities, recent court decisions of interest, and the formation of stormwater authorities in Pennsylvania.
