Danielle is a member of the firm’s trust and estates group. She counsels clients on all aspects of estate planning and trust administration including harnessing and valuing assets, reducing tax consequences, and when necessary, dealing with litigation in Orphans’ Court. She is also involved in drafting revocable and irrevocable, special needs, irrevocable life insurance and grantor and dynasty trusts.
Overall, Danielle is focused on reducing tax repercussions to her clients and preserving wealth in consideration of all applicable federal and state, income, gift, and death tax exemptions. When necessary, she employs her years of trial expertise to try to secure her clients’ desired outcomes.
Prior to going into private practice, Danielle was an Assistant Public Defender in the Defender Association of Philadelphia assigned to a Major Cases courtroom for felonies and misdemeanors where she gained significant trial experience. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Danielle is a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Montgomery Bar Associations. A graduate of Villanova University, Danielle received her law degree from the University of New Hampshire in 2011.
