Michael Gill represents property owners, tenants, developers, and governmental entities in matters involving zoning and land development, environmental regulation, eminent domain, and commercial real estate transactions. He advises clients ranging from individual business owners to some of the region’s largest commercial companies and governmental agencies, guiding them through complex real estate and regulatory challenges with a practical, solutions-oriented approach. His practice includes appearances before zoning hearing boards, planning commissions, and governmental bodies, and both state and federal courts, as well as negotiation and drafting of commercial real estate agreements.
Michael is a member of the Chester County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He stays closely connected to evolving legal developments across his practice areas. In addition to his professional work, Michael speaks at seminars and continuing legal education programs, where he shares his knowledge with attorneys, municipal officials, and community leaders.
Deeply committed to service, Michael has served on the Board of Directors of The Hickman Friends Senior Community of West Chester and currently serves on the Board of the Coatesville Second Century Alliance. He is also an Adjunct Professor in the Communication and Media Department at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. His professional and civic involvement reflects his dedication not only to his clients, but also to the growth and well-being of his broader community.
Michael earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2000. He also holds both a Master of Arts (1998) and a Bachelor of Arts (1994) from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. His strong academic foundation in law and the liberal arts has informed his thoughtful, balanced approach to the practice of law and his commitment to lifelong learning.
