Mark Umansky is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, where he represents clients in a wide range of civil and complex commercial disputes. He advises businesses, individuals, and organizations on matters involving contract disputes, business torts, trade secrets and other complex commercial issues, providing tailored strategies that balance legal precision with practical business considerations.

Mark earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2024, and graduated cum laude from New Jersey’s Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science in 2020. While in law school, he gained valuable judicial experience as a judicial extern to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Elizabeth T. Hey of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also worked at an immigration law firm, where he used his bilingual knowledge of the Russian language to assist individuals immigrating to the United States.

Before entering the legal profession, Mark built a diverse career foundation outside of law. He worked in the marketing sector, collaborating with large corporations to expand and refine their digital presence, brand messaging, and strategic campaigns. Earlier, he served as a fraud investigator, conducting investigations across the Northeastern United States—an experience that honed his skills in research, fact-finding, and analysis, allowing him to approach each case he litigates with a unique perspective.
