Zachary R. Morano is a member of Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin’s Real Estate and Land Use Department.

Prior to joining the firm, Zach was an attorney in the Western part of Pennsylvania for four years where he practiced a wide variety of civil litigation, such as disputes concerning real estate, landlord/tenant, contracts and much more. Zach utilizes all of the experience and skills learned when representing and advocating on behalf of his clients in every matter or transaction.

Zach graduated from Duquesne University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 2018.  During law school, Zach served as a legal intern for the Honorable Michael F. Marmo in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and the Honorable Karoline Mehalchick in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He was also a Staff Editor of the Duquesne Law Review. Zach obtained his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The University of Scranton in 2015.

Zach is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Mercer County Bar Association and Montgomery Bar Association.

Zach was born and raised in the Scranton area and now resides in Wayne. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, traveling, reading and watching Penn State football.
