Pennsylvania Annual Report Deadlines Are Approaching

Pennsylvania's annual reporting requirement is now in its second year, and annual filing deadlines are approaching. If your business is registered with the Pennsylvania Department of State, now is a good time to confirm your filing requirements and prepare for the applicable deadline.

Upcoming Deadline for Corporations: June 30, 2026

Additional deadlines apply to other entity types:

  • LLCs: September 30, 2026

  • All other domestic and foreign entities: December 31, 2026

If you would like a refresher on Pennsylvania's annual reporting requirements, including who must file and what information is required, we invite you to review our prior alert, Annual Reporting Now Required for All Pennsylvania Business Entities.

Need Assistance?

If you would prefer not to handle the filing yourself, Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin Maxwell & Lupin would be happy to assist with preparing and submitting your Pennsylvania Annual Report. Please contact your HRMM&L attorney or a member of our Business Law Department for help.

While Pennsylvania will not begin imposing administrative penalties for missed filings until the 2027 reporting cycle, staying current with annual reporting requirements now can help avoid future compliance issues and ensure that your entity remains in good standing.
