Michael S. Gill, Commercial Real Estate Lawyer, is HRMM&L’s newest partner.

We are excited to announce that Michael S. Gill, an exceptional commercial real estate attorney, has joined the firm as a partner in our Real Estate and Land Use department.

Michael S. Gill represents property owners, tenants, developers, and governmental entities in zoning and land development, environmental, eminent domain, and commercial real estate matters and transactions. His clients include some of the region’s major commercial companies and government agencies.

Michael is a double graduate of West Chester University, receiving his undergraduate degree (B.A. 1994) and his master’s there in 1998. He is a 2000 cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Before joining the firm, Michael practiced at two of Philadelphia’s largest law firms and became a partner in a highly respected regional boutique law firm.

A member of the Chester County and the Pennsylvania Bar Associations, Michael serves on the Chester County Bar Association’s Municipal Law Section and the PBA’s Environmental & Natural Resources Section. He regularly teaches lawyers from around the Commonwealth.

Michael served on the Board of Directors of The Hickman Friends Senior Community of West Chester and the Board of Trustees of the West Chester Friends School. He is also a member of the West Chester Monthly Meeting of Friends and regularly participates in other community activities.
