Steven A. Hann Presents at PMAA’s 81st Annual Conference & Trade Show

We are pleased to announce that Steven A. Hann, Esq. was a speaker at the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association’s (PMAA) 81st Annual Conference & Trade Show, where he presented a seminar entitled, “How Recent Government PFAS Initiatives Could Impact Your Wastewater Treatment Plant.” During this webinar, Steve spoke on various issues related to PFAS chemicals (also known as “forever chemicals”) and their impact on wastewater treatment facilities. Among the topics discussed by Steve were EPA’s PFAS Strategic Roadmap, EPA’s regulatory proposal addressing PFAS chemicals as CERCLA hazardous substances, PFAS and biosolids management, recent NPDES permitting guidance related to PFAS, as well as essential monitoring, compliance and enforcement issues. Steve has been actively involved in PFAS-related issues for several years, including numerous presentations on the topic at seminars and webinars, and the filing of comment letters with both EPA and DEP on PFAS-related initiatives.
