HRMM&L Welcomes Attorney Jack Jiang to Trusts & Estates Practice

Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin is pleased to welcome Jack Jiang as an Associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice. With a strong background in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and tax matters, Jack provides thoughtful, practical guidance to individuals, families, and closely held businesses.

Jack advises clients on estate planning and administration with a focus on practical solutions tailored to each client’s goals. He works closely with individuals and families to structure plans that preserve wealth, support long-term objectives, and provide clarity during times of transition. He also guides clients through the estate and trust administration process, helping them manage responsibilities efficiently and effectively from probate through final distribution.

His experience includes sophisticated estate planning strategies, fiduciary matters, and related tax considerations, as well as Orphans’ Court proceedings. Prior to joining the firm, Jack practiced at estate planning firms in the greater Philadelphia region and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John W. Herron in the Philadelphia Orphans’ Court, where he gained valuable insight into the legal and practical dimensions of estate and trust disputes.

Jack brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to his practice, shaped in part by his earlier work in medical research. He earned his LL.M. in Taxation, along with an Estate Planning Certificate, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, his J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, and his B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh.

With Jack’s addition, Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin continues to expand its depth in trusts and estates, offering clients clear, strategic guidance in planning for the future and managing life’s transitions.
