Welcome Ron L. Woodman, Experienced Financial Services Lawyer, to the Firm!

We are pleased to announce that accomplished financial services attorney Ron L. Woodman has joined the firm as partner in the Business Law department.

Ron concentrates his practice on sophisticated financial services transactions and litigation. Additionally, his expertise includes work with technology firms, equipment lessors, manufacturers, start-up companies, technology firms and insurers, to name a few.

Clients appreciate his transactional experience, regulatory knowledge and litigation acumen which he puts to use to effectively solve problems – often before they emerge.

Geographically, Ron has represented clients throughout the United States, serves as national counsel to multiple businesses and has advanced client interests in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. In addition, Ron has traveled extensively and lived abroad. As a result, Ron is uniquely able to bridge cultural gaps and quickly adapt to foreign business practices.

A graduate of Rutgers Law School (J.D. 2001), Ron received his undergraduate degree from the University of Idaho in 1997. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars.

Ron has been selected to the 2023 and 2024 “Pennsylvania Super Lawyers List” for Banking Law. In addition, he has been named as a “Top Lawyer” 2024 by Main Line Today Magazine.
