Braun Taylor is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice, where he concentrates on transactional work, municipal law, association law, and real estate finance. A Pennsylvania-licensed realtor, he brings a strong background in the local real estate industry and extensive experience in the purchase, financing, and sale of both residential and commercial properties. His combined legal and realtor experience allows him to provide practical, well-rounded counsel to clients navigating complex real estate transactions.
In his municipal practice, Braun serves as solicitor to several industrial development authorities throughout Montgomery County, advising them on a wide range of matters and guiding them through tax-exempt bond issues. He has also played an important role in the formation of new community associations and continues to represent existing associations on governance and compliance matters. Within the firm’s Banking and Finance group, Braun is a trusted advisor to both bank and borrower clients, with significant experience handling multi-million-dollar financing transactions across various industries.
Braun earned his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he distinguished himself academically and also served as a Teaching Assistant in Federal Taxation, Legal Research and Writing, and Transactional Skills. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh, where he developed the analytical and communication skills that serve as the foundation of his practice today.
A lifelong resident of Bucks County, Braun remains deeply rooted in his community. He serves as a Township Supervisor, where he is involved in matters of local governance and development, and as president of his neighborhood HOA, where he helps oversee community operations and initiatives. Outside of his professional and civic responsibilities, Braun enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Tula and Bennett, and exploring opportunities to stay active and engaged in the region he calls home.
