Rylie Eisenhardt is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. She joined HRMM&L following her graduation from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, bringing with her experience in compliance, research, and advocacy, as well as a strong record of leadership and service throughout her academic career.
During law school, Rylie was deeply engaged in the Pitt Law community. She served as Justice of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Public Outreach Coordinator for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and a Student Bar Association Representative for her class. As Chair of the SBA Public Relations and Outreach Committee, she helped strengthen communication between students and administration while supporting community and philanthropic initiatives through the SBA Philanthropy and Faculty Diversity Committees.
In addition to her leadership roles, Rylie served as an Academic Success Teaching Assistant and participated in the Ronald D. Ecker Memorial Negotiation and Client Counseling Competition, further developing her skills in advocacy, communication, and collaborative problem-solving.
While in law school, Rylie gained valuable hands-on experience as a Compliance Intern for the University of Pittsburgh Athletics Department. There, she assisted in researching and interpreting NCAA legislation, evaluating student-athlete eligibility, investigating potential compliance violations, and supporting the department’s transition to a new compliance management platform. Her work contributed to ensuring integrity, transparency, and adherence to institutional and NCAA standards across all varsity sports programs.
Rylie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Villanova University. She was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and named to the Dean’s List all eight semesters. While at Villanova, she also wrote for The Villanovan as a sports staff writer and was active in several student organizations, including the Special Olympics, Campus Activities Team, and Student Advancement Ambassadors.
