Ron Woodman is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department, where he concentrates his practice on banking, finance, and related litigation. He represents a wide range of clients, including national and international lending institutions, secondary lenders, and equipment finance companies. With more than two decades of experience, Ron combines transactional skill, regulatory insight, and business acumen to guide clients through complex matters efficiently and strategically. His proactive approach often resolves issues before they arise, earning him a reputation as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.

Ron’s practice extends well beyond Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has represented clients throughout the United States, serves as national counsel to multiple businesses, and has advanced client interests in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Having traveled extensively and lived abroad, Ron brings a unique global perspective to his work. His ability to bridge cultural gaps and navigate diverse legal environments enables clients to pursue opportunities and resolve disputes across jurisdictions with confidence.

In addition to his finance-focused work, Ron frequently counsels clients on regulatory compliance, cross-border transactions, and strategic business planning. His experience positions him to advise both established institutions and emerging companies on risk management and long-term growth.
