At Hamburg Rubin, our Environmental Law team brings decades of experience across the full spectrum of environmental issues—regulatory, transactional, and litigation.
Once a suburban Philadelphia practice, our reach now extends across Pennsylvania, serving businesses, developers, individuals, and municipal entities with responsive, practical legal guidance.
The practice is led by Steven A. Hann, a well-known environmental law practitioner in Pennsylvania with nearly 30 years of experience, particularly with respect to environmental issues involving municipal entities and complex water quality-related matters. The team also includes William G. Roark, Michael Gill, and Paul Mullen. Clients have the unique advantage of being able to draw on—not just the firm’s vast experience with environmental law matters– but the expertise of top legal experts in our firm in the areas of real estate, litigation, leasing and business law.
