Zachary Morano is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use Department, where he represents individuals, businesses, and developers in a wide range of real estate transactions, land use matters, and related litigation. He is committed to delivering practical solutions while protecting his clients’ interests in every stage of a matter, from initial negotiations through resolution.
Before joining the firm, Zach practiced law for four years in Western Pennsylvania, where he gained broad experience in civil litigation. His practice included representing clients in disputes involving real estate, landlord-tenant issues, breach of contract, and other complex matters. This foundation provided him with strong courtroom experience, negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of the challenges clients face in real estate and business disputes. Zach draws on this background daily, combining litigation perspective with a proactive approach to transactional work and advocacy.
Zach earned his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 2018. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael F. Marmo of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County and the Honorable Karoline Mehalchick of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. In addition, he was a Staff Editor of the Duquesne Law Review, honing his legal research and writing skills. He received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The University of Scranton in 2015.
He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Mercer County Bar Association, and Montgomery Bar Association. Through these professional affiliations, Zach continues to stay engaged with the legal community and on top of developments in real estate and land use law.
