John Iannozzi co-chairs the Real Estate Department and leads the Tax Assessment Appeals Department. His practice covers real estate, land use, zoning, municipal, tax assessment, and business law.

In land use and development, John represents business owners, builders, landowners, and developers, earning a strong reputation for securing approvals before zoning hearing boards, planning commissions, and municipalities across southeastern Pennsylvania.

As solicitor to Limerick Township, West Conshohocken Borough, and Hatfield Township, John is well-versed in Pennsylvania’s Municipalities Planning Code. He regularly advises on subdivision and land development projects, ordinance drafting, economic revitalization, open space acquisition, intergovernmental agreements, and historic preservation.

John also counsels clients on business formation and operations—including partnerships, corporations, and LLCs—and has represented hundreds of property owners in real estate tax assessment appeals.

Before joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Alan M. Rubenstein of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, worked in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, and served as a district office representative for Pennsylvania State Representative Robert W. Godshall.

John is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations. He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Villanova University (2001) and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law (2004).
