Delia Morales is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Criminal Defense and Trusts & Estates Departments. She first joined the firm as a Summer Associate and now returns as a full-time attorney, bringing with her a strong foundation in litigation, negotiation, and client advocacy, along with a record of leadership and service that reflects her commitment to both the legal profession and her community.

Delia earned her J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she distinguished herself through academic excellence and extensive extracurricular involvement. As President of the Student Bar Association, she led the law school community by overseeing student programming, strengthening communication between students and faculty, and representing student interests at every level. She also traveled across the country competing in national negotiation, client counseling, and trial competitions as a member of both the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and the Trial Team, sharpening her advocacy and courtroom skills.

While at Drexel, Delia was also active in the Latin American Law Students Association, where she worked to support and mentor fellow students. Her contributions to the law school community were recognized through several honors, including the Faculty Award for Outstanding Leadership, membership in the Order of the Barristers, and the Professor Alex Geisinger Student Legacy and Leadership Award, distinctions that reflect her strong character, professional promise, and lasting contributions to her law school community.

During law school, Delia spent two semesters with the Philadelphia Defender’s Association, representing indigent clients in a wide range of criminal matters. In this role, she gained significant hands-on experience — negotiating cases, securing dismissals and charge reductions, obtaining an acquittal in a car theft bench trial, and advocating for alternatives to incarceration, including treatment programs. She worked tirelessly in and out of court, including frequent visits to local jails, to ensure her clients received the best possible outcomes.

Delia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology, cum laude, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. This background informs her thoughtful approach to legal problem-solving and her ability to understand the human dimensions of complex legal issues.
