Both bring impressive academic credentials, proven leadership, and meaningful hands-on experience that will further strengthen the firm’s capabilities and commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Rylie joins the Commercial Litigation Department, while Delia will contribute to both the Criminal Defense and Trusts & Estates Departments. Their diverse backgrounds and shared dedication to excellence reflect the firm’s ongoing investment in developing the next generation of outstanding legal professionals.
Rylie Eisenhardt – Commercial Litigation Department
Rylie Eisenhardt joins the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department following her graduation from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. A natural leader and advocate, she served in numerous roles during law school, including Justice of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and Chair of the Student Bar Association’s Public Relations and Outreach Committee.
Rylie also gained valuable experience as a Compliance Intern for the University of Pittsburgh Athletics Department, where she researched NCAA legislation, evaluated student-athlete eligibility, and supported institutional compliance by ensuring integrity, transparency, and adherence to NCAA and university standards across all varsity sports programs. A magna cum laude graduate of Villanova University and member of Phi Beta Kappa, she brings to HRMM&L a strong foundation in research, communication, and problem-solving — along with a deep commitment to integrity and collaboration.
Delia Morales – Criminal Defense and Trusts & Estates Departments
Delia Morales joins our Criminal Defense and Trusts & Estates Departments after earning her J.D. from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she served as President of the Student Bar Association and competed nationally on the Trial and ADR Teams. Her leadership and advocacy earned her multiple honors, including the Faculty Award for Outstanding Leadership and membership in the Order of the Barristers.
Delia gained extensive courtroom experience at the Philadelphia Defender’s Association, representing clients in criminal matters and achieving successful outcomes through negotiation and trial advocacy. A cum laude graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a degree in Forensic Psychology, she brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to her practice and a passion for justice to every case she handles.
