HRMM&L names John Iannozzi Co-Chair of the Real Estate Department

Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin is proud to announce that Principal John Iannozzi has been named Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, joining longtime department leader Edmund (Ed) Mullin in the role.

Recognized as two of the most preeminent and experienced real estate attorneys in Pennsylvania, John and Ed lead a team known for delivering “top shelf” representation in a broad array of real estate matters, including:

He serves as solicitor to Limerick Township, West Conshohocken Borough, and Hatfield Township, where he advises on all aspects of Pennsylvania’s Municipalities Planning Code. His municipal work includes handling complex subdivision and land development projects, drafting ordinances, facilitating economic revitalization initiatives, preserving historical resources, and numerous other areas of law.

Beyond real estate and municipal law, John counsels clients on the formation and legal structure of business entities and has successfully represented hundreds of property owners in real estate tax assessment appeals.
