Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin Welcomes Two Accomplished Attorneys

We are pleased to announce that John Han and Amy Quigg have joined HRMM&L, bringing decades of combined legal experience in criminal defense, estate planning, and estate administration. 

John Han joins our Criminal Defense practice with more than three decades of experience, including service as a federal prosecutor, Assistant District Attorney, and Navy JAG officer. He has defended individuals and businesses in complex criminal and civil matters, with particular expertise in white-collar crime, RICO litigation, and federal investigations. John’s distinguished career includes presiding as a Military Trial Judge, prosecuting organized crime for the U.S. Department of Justice, and earning multiple commendations for his work, including three DOJ Special Achievement Awards and the ATF National Honor Award. He is also deeply involved in professional and community leadership, serving on the Montgomery Bar Association Board of Directors and multiple nonprofit boards. 

Amy Quigg joins our Estates and Trusts practice, bringing over 20 years of experience in estate administration, fiduciary counseling, and estate planning. She has extensive experience guiding clients through all aspects of estate and trust matters—from probate and tax filings to complex trust terminations and settlements. Her background includes senior legal and fiduciary roles at both law firms and financial institutions, giving her a unique perspective on sophisticated estate planning strategies. Amy is Vice-Chair of the Probate & Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and a committed volunteer with the Wills for Heroes Foundation, where she prepares essential estate planning documents for first responders and military veterans. 

John and Amy join our team of more than 30 attorneys serving clients from our offices in Montgomery County and Center City Philadelphia.
